Write to [email protected], or call +1 (305) 965-2521. For a problem at a table, include the room code if you still have it, and what device you were playing on — that is usually enough to find it.
The quick fixes
"Can't reach the table."
Private tables need a connection; solo play does not and works in airplane mode. If the connection is fine and the table still will not load, the room may have closed — rooms are swept 24 hours after their last activity.
An invite link did not open the app
The room code always works typed by hand: open Play With Friends, then enter the six characters. You can also paste the whole invite link into that box and the game will take the code out of it. On a phone, an invite link only opens the app once the app is installed; before that it opens the web page instead, which is the intended behaviour.
A friend dropped out mid-game
Their seat waits. The table shows who it is waiting for; after about a minute the host can seat a computer player in that chair instead. If they come back before that, they are simply back where they were.
The game vanished when something interrupted it
It did not. Solo matches are saved continuously — Continue on the home screen returns you to one — and online tables restore themselves when you come back.
No music
On a phone, the ringer switch silences it by design, and there is a Music toggle in Settings. In a browser, music cannot start until you have clicked the page at least once — that is a rule browsers enforce, not a setting.
Playing in a browser
The desktop game runs in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. It needs local storage enabled to keep your record and your match in progress: in a private or incognito window, both are discarded when you close it.
